Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Gary Maynard, as
Director of the Department of Corrections, placed on the Individual
Confirmation Calendar on April 9, 2003, and found on page 853 of the
Senate Journal.

Senator Redfern moved that the foregoing appointment be
confirmed by the Senate.
