CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION
(Regular Calendar)

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration Senate Resolution 24.

Senate Resolution 24

On motion of Senator Iverson, Senate Resolution 24, a
resolution reaffirming Iowa’s commitment to freedom and democracy
and calling for an end to terrorism, with report of committee
recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.

Senator Iverson moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 24,
which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

RECESS

On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate recessed at 9:53 a.m.
until 3:00 p.m.
