ALSO: That the House has on March 27, 2003, passed the following bills in which
the concurrence of the Senate is asked:

House File 567, a bill for an act relating to powers of county
environmental health specialists and providing a penalty.

Read first time and referred to committee on Natural Resources
and Environment.

House File 576, a bill for an act relating to the enterprise zone
program and including effective date provisions.

Read first time and referred to committee on Economic Growth.

The Senate stood at ease at 1:16 p.m. until the fall of the gavel for
the purpose of party caucuses.

The Senate resumed session at 2:09 p.m., President Kramer
presiding.

RECESS

On motion of Senator Shull, the Senate recessed at 2:10 p.m. until
5:00 p.m.
