Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
Senate Files 173 and 236 be immediately messaged to the House.
BILL REFERRED TO COMMITTEE
Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
Senate File 382 be referred from the Regular Calendar to the
committee on Appropriations.
HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED
The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the
House:
MADAM PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the
House has on March 17, 2003, passed the following bills in which the concurrence of
the Senate is asked:
House File 339, a bill for an act relating to snowmobile franchises
by requiring the repurchase of certain inventory upon termination of
a franchise and providing effective and retroactive applicability dates.
Read first time and referred to committee on Transportation.
House File 343, a bill for an act relating to enforcement of motor
vehicle law provisions and making penalties applicable.
Read first time and attached to companion Senate File 315.
ADJOURNMENT
On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
until 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2003.
