department of corrections and its duties regarding treatment and education of inmates
at various correctional facilities, release of presentence reports, optional inmate
treatment and education provision, expansion of and appeals regarding earned time
credits, change to the inmate savings and inmate telephone rebate fund, and payment
of supervision fees.

Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.
