The following letter from the Governor was received in the office of
the Secretary of the Senate on February 19, 2003:

I submitted the name of Cathy R. Anderson to serve on the Mental Health and
Developmental Disabilities Commission on November 1, 2002. I am withdrawing her
name from further consideration by the Senate.
