26 declared to be made for nonrecurring emergency
27 expenditures as required in section 8.56, subsections
28 3 and 4.
29 Sec. . There is appropriated from the general
30 fund of the state for the fiscal year beginning July
31 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004, in lieu of the
32 standing appropriation in section 405A.8, the
33 following amount to be used for the purpose
34 designated:
