2 1. Page 6, by striking lines 18 through 20, and
3 inserting the following:
4 "e. Of the funds appropriated in this subsection,
5 $250,000 shall be used by the department of
6 corrections to provide substance abuse programs
7 through community-based corrections."

Amendment H-1462 lost.

Smith of Marshall asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendments H-1459 and H-1464 filed by him from the
floor.

Heaton of Henry moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
