Amendment H-1329 was adopted.
Jochum of Dubuque asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-1340 filed by her on April 15, 2003.
Lukan of Dubuque moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
