Elgin of Linn offered the following amendment H-1345, to the
Senate amendment H-1336, filed by him and moved its adoption:
H-1345
1 Amend the Senate amendment, H-1336, to House File
2 534, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
3 as follows:
4 1. Page 4, by striking line 33.
5 2. Page 6, by striking lines 46 and 47.
Amendment H-1345 was adopted.
On motion by Elgin of Linn, the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-1336, as amended.
Elgin of Linn moved that the bill, as amended by the Senate,
further amended and concurred in by the House, be read a last time
now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
