Jochum of Dubuque offered the following amendment H-1222 filed
by her and moved its adoption:

1 Amend House File 654 as follows:
2 1. Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 14.
3 2. Page 1, line 15, by striking the figure "2."
4 3. Page 1, lines 17 and 18, by striking the words
5 "of sand and chemicals".

Amendment H-1222 lost.

On motion by Wise of Lee amendment H-1281B was adopted.

Hahn of Muscatine moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
