The motion prevailed and the Speaker appointed as such
committee Hahn of Muscatine, Boddicker of Cedar and Sands of
Louisa.
EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 26,
2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House File
656 and Senate File 134.
MADDOX of Polk
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 25,
2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files
397, 480 and 633. I would have voted "nay" on House File 655.
STEVENS of Dickinson
BILL ENROLLED, SIGNED AND SENT TO GOVERNOR
