HOUSE FILE 609 REFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 609, previously placed on
the calendar was referred to committee on government oversight.
HOUSE FILE 643 REFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 643, previously placed on
the calendar was referred to committee on appropriations.
EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 25,
2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files
397 and 480.
