H.S.B. 289 Economic Growth
Relating to the development of crop biotechnology, including
providing for financing of businesses, the purchase of bio-based
products by state government, and the regulation of precision-use
crops, and providing penalties.
H.S.B. 290 Economic Growth
Relating to creating a loan and credit guarantee program and fund.
H.S.B. 291 Human Resources
Relating to technical amendments with regard to programs under the
authority of the department of public health.
H.S.B. 292 Human Resources
Relating to health care including reimbursement of health care
facilities based on resident program eligibility.
H.S.B. 293 Commerce, Regulation and Labor
Providing an annual fee for credit unions that acquire banks.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
