certain dishonored negotiable instruments.

COMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC GROWTH
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 60), relating to the shelter assistance
fund.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 181), renaming the department of
economic development and the Iowa economic development board.

COMMITTEE ON HUMAN RESOURCES
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 60), designating advanced registered nurse
practitioners as providers of health care services pursuant to managed care or prepaid
services contracts under the medical assistance program.

Recommended Do Pass March 6, 2003.
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 145), relating to programs and
services under the purview of the department of human services, and providing for
retroactive applicability and effective dates.
