Relating to composition and responsibilities of the Iowa
comprehensive petroleum underground storage tank fund board.
H.S.B. 245 Public Safety
Relating to tobacco retailers and providing penalties and providing an
effective date.
H.S.B. 246 Public Safety
Relating to the statutory responsibilities of the department of public
defense, emergency management division, by modifying the
responsibilities of the emergency management division regarding
urban search and rescue, incident command system training, and
enhanced 911 service administration, and modifying enhanced 911
surcharges.
H.S.B. 247 State Government
Relating to campaign finance, including political party committees,
campaign disclosure reports, independent expenditures, and income
tax checkoff provisions.
H.S.B. 248 State Government
Providing for transfer of the professional licensing and regulation
division of the department of commerce to the secretary of state's
office.
H.S.B. 249 Agriculture
Providing for manure application requirements, providing for fees,
making penalties applicable, and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 250 Agriculture
Regulating organic agricultural products, providing for fees and
penalties, and providing an effective date.
