SPECIAL PRESENTATION

Smith of Marshall introduced to the House the Mayor of
Marshalltown, Floyd Harthun, who thanked the House for the honor.

The House rose and expressed its welcome.

CONSIDERATION OF BILLS
Regular Calendar

House File 249, a bill for an act relating to the manufacture,
delivery, possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver, or
conspiring to manufacture, deliver, or possess with the intent to
manufacture or deliver flunitrazepam, and providing a penalty, was
taken up for consideration.

Eichhorn of Hamilton moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
