H.S.B. 221 Agriculture

Relating to commercial devices, including commercial weighing and
measuring devices and commercial scanners, providing for standards,
providing for licensure and inspection requirements, providing for
fees, and making penalties applicable.

H.S.B. 222 State Government

Relating to certain alternative forms of county and city government
by providing for county redistricting and representation, charter
commission administration, application of various statutory
requirements, the manner in which a charter may be proposed and
adopted, amendment of a charter, the organization of a governing
body, and inclusions in a charter, making technical changes relating
to the administration and authority of a city-county consolidated
government and a community commonwealth, and including effective
an applicability date provisions.

COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS

MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
that the following committee recommendations have been received
and are on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 14), relating to the licensure, permit,

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 140), relating to personnel and
instructors employed by community colleges.

Fiscal Note is not required.

Recommended Do Pass February 26, 2003.
