have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Gipp of Winneshiek asked and received unanimous consent that
House File 206 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
HOUSE FILE 133 WITHDRAWN
Roberts of Carroll asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw House File 133 from further consideration by the House.
EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Wednesday,
February 26, 2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on
House Files 216 and 254.
