proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Iowa
changing the legislative branch of state government to a nonpartisan
unicameral system.

House File 319, by committee on commerce, regulation and labor,
a bill for an act permitting written demand via regular mail prior to
an action under the uniform commercial code for recovery of civil
damages for a dishonored check, draft, or order, when supported by
an affidavit of service.

House File 320, by Hutter and J. R. Van Fossen, a bill for an act
relating to child abuse reporting by providing for a report to be made
to a local law enforcement agency for an initial response.
