House File 216, a bill for an act relating to intelligence data and
intelligence assessment dissemination to an agency, organization, or
person, was taken up for consideration.
Hogg of Linn offered the following amendment H-1018 filed by him
and Alons of Sioux and moved its adoption:
H-1018
1 Amend House File 216 as follows:
2 1. Page 2, line 11, by inserting after the word
3 "harm" the following: "if the dissemination complies
4 with paragraphs "b" and "c" of subsection 1".
Amendment H-1018 was adopted.
Speaker pro tempore Carroll in the chair at 9:00 a.m.
Alons of Sioux moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
