Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 69), relating to fees charged to
certain private water supply contractors, establishing a private water supply system
account within the water quality protection fund, and appropriating moneys in the
account.

Fiscal Note is not required.

Recommended Do Pass February 19, 2003.
