United Methodist Church, Des Moines. He was the guest of
Representative Steve Olson of Clinton County.

favoring that lawmakers address concerns relating to the use of high
speed pursuit used by Iowa Law Enforcement Officers as well as the
lack of formal training in these high risk events.
