Relating to the various duties of the county treasurer.
H.S.B. 45 Local Government
Allowing county recorders to collect fees for planning and
implementation of electronic recording and transactions and for
development of electronic access websites.
H.S.B. 46 Commerce, Regulation and Labor
Relating to provision of telecommunications services by municipal
utilities, including the burden of proof for disclosure of business
information, and limiting cross-subsidization of telecommunications
systems and services from other funding sources.
