1 1 Amend the amendment, S-5384, to the House
1 2 amendment, S-5383, to Senate File 2298, as amended,
1 3 passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
1 4 1. Page 10, line 2, by inserting after the word
1 5 ""c"." the following: "Of the available moneys in the
1 6 pooled technology account, $150,000 shall be
1 7 transferred to the state department of transportation
1 8 to be used for the establishment of a revolving loan
1 9 fund for loans to provide new or rehabilitated track
1 10 for the shipment of commodities by cooperative
1 11 associations. The loan requirements shall provide a
1 12 preference to cooperative associations that do not
1 13 have railcar loading facilities and shall limit
1 14 eligibility to those rehabilitation projects involving
1 15 a maximum capacity of 25 railcars."
