  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5384, to the House
  1  2 amendment, S-5383, to Senate File 2298, as amended,
  1  3 passed, and reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 18 and 19.
  1  5    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "   .  For deposit in the community attraction and
  1  8 tourism fund, notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection
  1  9 5, paragraph "c":  
  1 10 FY 2004-2005...................................... $  1,770,000
  1 11    Of the funds appropriated in this lettered
  1 12 paragraph, $200,000 shall be used for a grant for a
  1 13 utility development business park located in Clinton."
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
