  1  3    #1.  Page 6, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "program." the following:  "The compensation fee
  1  5 structure associated with the additional educational
  1  6 savings plan option shall not be higher than the fee
  1  7 structure currently offered through the office of the
  1  8 treasurer of state in connection with the Iowa
  1  9 educational savings plan trust."
