  1  1    Amend Senate File 2215 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 4 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "the state treasury under the control of
  1  4 the authority and invest moneys of the".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 7, by striking the word
  1  6 "authority" and inserting the following:  "treasurer
  1  7 of state".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "fund." the following:  "For purposes of this
  1 10 subsection, the treasurer of state shall enter into an
  1 11 agreement with the authority to carry out the
  1 12 provisions of this subsection."
