1 3 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 5 through 8 and
1 4 inserting the following: "course of at least forty
1 5 clock hours of training, or one and three-quarters
1 6 semester credit hours or the equivalent thereof as
1 7 determined pursuant to administrative rule and
1 8 regulations promulgated by the United States
1 9 department of education, relating to manicuring in a
1 10 licensed school of".
1 11 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 17 through 20 and
1 12 inserting the following: "clock hours, or seventy
1 13 semester credit hours or the equivalent thereof as
1 14 determined pursuant to administrative rule and
1 15 regulations promulgated by the United States
1 16 department of education. The clock hours, and
1 17 equivalent number of semester credit hours or the
1 18 equivalent thereof as determined pursuant to
1 19 administrative rule and regulations promulgated by the
1 20 United States department of education, of a course of
1 21 study required for licensure".
