  1  3    #1.  By striking page 5, line 50, through page 6,
  1  4 line 5.
  1  5    #2.  Page 6, line 6, by striking the figure "6."
  1  6 and inserting the following:  "5."
  1  7    #3.  Page 6, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "#___.  Page 3, by inserting after line 1 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "Sec.    .  APPLICABILITY DATE.  The sections of
  1 12 this Act enacting sections 100C.1 through 100C.6,
  1 13 100C.8, and 100C.9 shall not be applicable until July
  1 14 1, 2005.""
  1 15    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
