  1  1    Amend Senate File 2243 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 602.6301, subsection 3, as
  1  5 enacted by this Act, is amended by striking the
  1  6 subsection."
  1  7    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  The section of this
  1 10 Act striking section 602.6301, subsection 3, takes
  1 11 effect July 1, 2008."
  1 12    #3.  Title page, line 2, by striking the words
  1 13 "magistrates, and" and inserting the following:
  1 14 "magistrates,".
  1 15    #4.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 16 word "study" the following:  ", and providing for an
  1 17 effective date".
