  1  1    Amend Senate File 2202 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "section." the following:  "The department shall
  1  4 review the requirements of this section at least every
  1  5 five years, and shall submit its recommendations for
  1  6 modification to, or continuation of, this section
  1  7 based upon new information about the disease or
  1  8 vaccination against the disease in a report that shall
  1  9 be submitted to the general assembly no later than
  1 10 January 15, 2010, with subsequent reports developed
  1 11 and submitted by January 15 at least every fifth year
  1 12 thereafter."
