  1  1    Amend Senate File 458 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 43, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  RECORDING AND TRANSACTION FEE REPORT.
  1  5 The treasurer of state shall submit a report to the
  1  6 governor and general assembly on or before December 1,
  1  7 2003, detailing the amount of fees collected statewide
  1  8 pursuant to section 331.604 in each fiscal year of the
  1  9 period beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30,
  1 10 2003, and the amount of electronic transaction fees
  1 11 collected statewide for the period beginning July 1,
  1 12 2003, and ending September 30, 2003, pursuant to
  1 13 section 331.605C, if enacted by 2003 Iowa Acts, Senate
  1 14 File 453, section 25."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
