  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "department." the following:  "Each person who
  1  5 registers with the department under this section shall
  1  6 pay an annual registration fee of two thousand five
  1  7 hundred dollars."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1  9 word "thereof," the following:  "establishing fees,".
