  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 31 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "c.  The selection of a cogeneration project under
  1  6 this program does not authorize an electric utility to
  1  7 furnish or offer to furnish electric services to the
  1  8 public outside its assigned area of service
  1  9 established under sections 476.22 through 476.26."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 11 internal references as necessary.
