  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by striking line 12 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  
  1  5 "................................................. $    829,996"
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 14 through 22 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "b.  Notwithstanding the provisions of section
  1  9 546.10, subsection 3, to the contrary, for the fiscal
  1 10 year beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004,
  1 11 funds received from an increase in licensing fees by a
  1 12 licensing board or commission listed in section
  1 13 546.10, subsection 1, shall be deposited in the
  1 14 general fund of the state as provided in section
  1 15 546.10, subsection 5."
  1 16    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
