1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Section 1. NEW SECTION. 123.49A BREATHALYZER
1 6 TESTS.
1 7 An establishment that holds a class "A", class "B",
1 8 or class "C" liquor control license shall provide a
1 9 preliminary breath screening test for public use at a
1 10 charge not to exceed five dollars per test. A
1 11 licensee shall be immune from liability in any civil
1 12 or criminal action arising out of the results of a
1 13 test provided pursuant to this section and such
1 14 results shall not be admissible in a court of law."
1 15 #2. Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 16 word "offenses" the following: "and providing for
1 17 preliminary breath screening tests in certain drinking
1 18 establishments".
1 19 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
