  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3121, to Senate File 344 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 16 and 17 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "state department of
  1  5 transportation, after consultation with the department
  1  6 of natural resources, may use lists in section 481B.5,
  1  7 subsections 2, 3, and 4, to determine whether the
  1  8 project".
