  1  1    Amend Senate File 344 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 41, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 730.5, subsection 1, paragraph
  1  5 j, Code 2003, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    j.  "Sample" means such sample from the human body
  1  7 capable of revealing the presence of alcohol or other
  1  8 drugs, or their metabolites, including, but not
  1  9 limited to, breath, urine, or oral fluid.  However,
  1 10 sample does not mean blood except as authorized
  1 11 pursuant to subsection 7, paragraph "l"."
  1 12    #2.  Title page, by striking line 5 and inserting
  1 13 the following:  ", financial".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
