1 2 #1. Page 2, line 10, by striking the word "free".
1 3 #2. Page 2, by inserting after line 22 the

1 5 "Sec. . REPORT. The natural resource
1 6 commission, in consultation with the department of
1 7 corrections, shall evaluate the results of the deer
1 8 harvesting program created in section 483A.24A, and
1 9 shall make recommendations suggesting improvements to
1 10 the program and whether the program should be expanded
1 11 to allow receipt of harvested deer meat by other
1 12 governmental agencies and nonprofit entities. The
1 13 natural resource commission and the department of
1 14 corrections shall file a joint report containing their
1 15 findings and recommendations with the legislative
1 16 service bureau by February 1, 2004, for distribution
1 17 to the general assembly."
