  1  1    Amend Senate File 357 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 11 and 12, and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "city at the time of the
  1  4 election at which".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "ballot" the following:  "and, if elected, for the
  1  7 duration of the term of office".
  1  8    #3.  Page 2, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "qualified." the following:  "A person appointed to
  1 10 the board of trustees must be a resident of the city
  1 11 at the time of appointment and for the duration of the
  1 12 term of office."
