  1  4 RELATING TO THE AMOUNT OF MUSSELS AND SHELLS WHICH MAY
  1  5    BE TAKEN PURSUANT TO A SPORT FISHING LICENSE.

  1  7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

  1  9    Section 1.  Section 482.12, subsection 1, paragraph a, Code
  1 10 2003, is amended by striking the paragraph and inserting in
  1 11 lieu thereof the following:
  1 12    a.  A sport fishing license entitles a person to take and
  1 13 possess a maximum amount of mussels or shells daily as
  1 14 authorized by rule of the department or commission under the
  1 15 authority of sections 456A.24, 481A.38, 481A.39, and 482.1.
