1 2 #1. Page 20, line 30, by striking the word
1 3 "subdivision" and inserting the following:
1 4 "subdivisions".
1 5 #2. Page 21, by inserting after line 6 the
1 6 following:
1 7 "NEW SUBPARAGRAPH SUBDIVISION. (d) This
1 8 subparagraph subdivision applies to the annual amount
1 9 that the corporation is required to repay the
1 10 department pursuant to this subparagraph and the
1 11 annual amount that the department is required to
1 12 deposit into the road use tax fund pursuant to
1 13 subsection 8. That amount shall at least equal four
1 14 percent of the total amount of the Iowa agricultural
1 15 industry finance loan that the department awarded to
1 16 the corporation. However, the amount required to be
1 17 repaid to the department and deposited into the road
1 18 use tax fund shall never be less than one million
1 19 dollars. The amount shall not be altered by any
1 20 financing provided to an eligible person or other
1 21 transfer of moneys made by the corporation, including
1 22 but not limited to a loan made by the corporation the
1 23 assignment of which the department has accepted
1 24 pursuant to this subparagraph."
