1 2 2302, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
1 3 as follows:
1 4 #1. Page 15, line 15, by striking the words "each
1 5 agreement" and inserting the following: "agreements".
1 6 #2. Page 15, line 16, by inserting after the word
1 7 "purses" the following: ", subject to commission
1 8 approval,".
1 9 #3. Page 15, lines 22 and 23, by striking the
1 10 words ", subject to commission approval." and
1 11 inserting the following: ". Agreements concerning
1 12 horse purses for a particular period of time beginning
1 13 on or after January 1, 2006, and ending before January
1 14 1, 2021, that are subject to commission approval,
1 15 shall be jointly submitted to the commission for
1 16 approval."
