  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 12 through 14 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "at an institution for a
  1  5 fiscal year shall be made no later than the at a
  1  6 regular meeting held in November of the preceding
  1  7 fiscal year and shall be reflected in a final docket".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by striking line 17 and inserting the
  1  9 following:  "control.  The regular meeting held in
  1 10 November shall be".
