1 5 "Sec. . IOWA HEALTH INSURANCE VALUE INITIATIVE.
1 6 If 2004 Iowa Acts, House File 2521, is enacted, there
1 7 is appropriated from the general fund of the state to
1 8 the department of commerce for the fiscal year
1 9 beginning July 1, 2004, and ending June 30, 2005, the
1 10 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 11 to be used for the purpose designated:
1 12 For the insurance division to conduct a study
1 13 regarding the costs of health insurance premiums for
1 14 businesses and individual customers in this state, in
1 15 accordance with 2004 Iowa Acts, House File 2521:
1 16 .................................................. $ 150,000"
