1 3 #1. Page 2, line 27, by striking the words "For
1 4 start-up", and inserting the following:
1 5 "a. If 2004 Iowa Acts, House File 2482 is not
1 6 enacted, then for start-up".
1 7 #2. Page 2, line 31, by striking the word
1 8 "Notwithstanding", and inserting the following: "For
1 9 purposes of this lettered paragraph and
1 10 notwithstanding".
1 11 #3. Page 2, by inserting after line 35 the
1 12 following:
1 13 "b. If 2004 Iowa Acts, House File 2482 is enacted,
1 14 then for start-up funding for revolving funds under
1 15 the control of the department of administrative
1 16 services and for salaries, support, maintenance, and
1 17 miscellaneous purposes:
1 18 .................................................. $ 1,889,610
1 19 For purposes of this lettered paragraph and
1 20 notwithstanding any provision of this section to the
1 21 contrary, the department of administrative services
1 22 shall deposit $1,889,610 in the general fund of the
1 23 state from moneys in departmental revolving funds and
1 24 internal service funds at the end of the fiscal year."
