  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 12 through 16.

  1  4    #3.  Page 5, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "assets" the following:  ", subject to the provisions
  1  6 of section 101 of this Act."
  1  7    #4.  Page 5, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "points." the following:  "All Part III leases shall
  1  9 be maintained by the state and are not transferable to
  1 10 a purchaser or purchasers."
  1 11    #5.  Page 7, by striking lines 13 through 16 and
  1 12 inserting the following:
  1 13    "f.  A requirement that the purchase offer shall
  1 14 not be for less than the current cost of the network
  1 15 infrastructure and its installation."
  1 16    #6.  Page 9, line 20, by inserting after the figure
  1 17 "6." the following:  "The purchaser or purchasers
  1 18 shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 476."
  1 19    #7.  Page 10, by striking lines 26 through 28 and
  1 20 inserting the following:
  1 21    "3.  The contract for the sale of the assets shall
  1 22 provide for a fee for the use of a right-of-way in
  1 23 terms no more favorable than provided for the use of
  1 24 the right-of-way by any other telecommunications
  1 25 utility.  The".
