  1  1    Amend House File 2534 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by striking line 23 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "action to recover actual damages.  The
  1  4 action shall be tried to the court in equity.  The
  1  5 court may order".
  1  6    #2.  Page 4, line 14, by striking the words "a
  1  7 preponderance of the" and inserting the following:
  1  8 "clear and convincing".
  1  9    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
