  1  1    Amend House File 2304 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 86.14, Code 2003, is amended by
  1  5 adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  6    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  An injured employee
  1  7 prevailing in a proceeding under this section shall be
  1  8 entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs
  1  9 from the opposing party."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
